On Saturday, 21 December, music lovers gathered at the Dokodweni Beach Lagoon for the Dokodweni Jazz Festival, proudly presented by Mandeni Local Municipality and Ezemvelo Enterprise. Set against the coastal backdrop, the festival brought together community, culture and live jazz in an atmosphere filled with rhythm and summer energy. Xolisa Dlamini took to the stage as part of the festival lineup, delivering a soulful performance that resonated with the audience throughout the afternoon. With music flowing from midday, the event created a vibrant space where jazz lovers could relax, connect and experience live performance in a uniquely local setting. With accessible ticket options, including general access, early bird and VIP passes, the Dokodweni Jazz Festival reaffirmed its role as a growing platform for live music in the region.
