On 25 November 2022, the Sandton Convention Centre came alive with rhythm, soul and artistic excellence as legendary guitarist Selaelo Selota shared the stage with the incomparable Xolisa Dlamini. Under the banner Elevate Your Soul — Live the Music, audiences were treated to an unforgettable evening of jazz-infused storytelling, improvisation and vocal mastery.
The performance formed part of Johannesburg’s celebrated live music tradition, bringing together fans, artists and industry contributors in a space dedicated to culture and creativity. With support from partners such as Joy of Jazz and tickets available through Computicket, the event reflected the ongoing commitment to showcasing authentic South African talent on world-class stages.
From the energy on the Conga Stage to the warmth of the crowd, the night was a reminder of what live music can do, connect us, move us, and elevate the soul. For those who were there, it was a moment worth remembering; for those who missed it, a sign of many powerful performances still to come.
